Classroom lectures, case studies, computer-based simulations and networking are used to enhance learning and promote student interaction. Under the direction of Anthony McGill, an independent senior banking consultant, teams of students manage a bank through eight decision periods before holding a session-ending shareholder meeting to discuss individual bank performance over the course of the simulation.
